You can take Herbal GroBust until you achieve the look you desire; most women grow 1 to 3 cup sizes in 3 to 6 months.
You can also take Herbal GroBust capsules or liquid and use lotion for maintenance of your look and for hormone balancing for an indefinite period of time.  

How long do I have to take Herbal GroBust before I see results?
The amount of time it takes to see breast growth varies from person to person. So while some women notice results within a few days, others see results over several months. Some women notice other results, such as lessening of PMS, less-painful periods, etc. , but don't notice breast growth for a few months.  Also keep in mind that the better your diet, the more easily Herbal GroBust will be able to work in your body.  Caffeine inhibits the effects of Herbal GroBust, as will drinking alcohol and cigarette smoking. 

Is Herbal GroBust™ safe?
The herbs used in the Herbal GroBust formula have been used for hundreds of years in medicinal applications with no adverse side effects when taken in recommended doses.  There are no synthetic additives, colorings, or artificial preservatives in the product and no adverse side effects have been reported after use by thousands of women.  Some women may feel temporary soreness or tingling in the breasts similar to original breast development or lactation. However, there are no known side effects with Herbal GroBust use. It is always important to remember when taking any supplements or medications to treat them with respect and take the recommended dosages.

Do I have to give up caffeine/alcohol/ all together?
If you do not abstain from drinking caffeine/alcohol types of beverages, then we recommend that you do not take Herbal GroBust from 1 1/2 hours before through 1 1/2 hours after consuming these types of drinks.   Do not take Herbal GroBust with alcohol.  Caffeine, alcohol, smoking, stress, and diet can effect your hormone balance as well as your metabolic system, which in turn determines how soon you will see results and how effective Herbal GroBust will be once it is built up in your system.

Maintain your look by using Herbal GroBust for a 2 to 3 week period, every 3 to 4 months.  This maintenance procedure is to help stop the effects of gravity.

What does diet have to do with my results?
Certain foods are too acidic for the system and can inhibit maximum absorption of Herbal GroBust into the system. Also, some foods that can affect mood or bodily functions may affect the body enough to alter one’s pH balance, or hormone level. This will cause Herbal GroBust to have to work in the system longer to balance the hormone levels before results are seen. The results may even teeter-totter back and forth until the body adjusts to what Herbal GroBust is trying to do (balance the hormones). In addition, any hormone altering products may affect results.
